These terms cover your use of the DOWNLOAD IT app ("the app"), made by Joseph Rochlin ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

What DOWNLOAD IT does

DOWNLOAD IT is a web browser that helps you save files that websites make available, keeps them in a library on your device, and can sync that library through your own iCloud account. It blocks ads and trackers with the HUSH block list.

Your responsibility for what you download

You alone are responsible for what you choose to download, save, keep and share with DOWNLOAD IT. Only download files you have the right to download. Respect the terms of each website you visit and the rights of creators and copyright owners.

DOWNLOAD IT does not download from streaming services or protected content, and does not bypass copy protection, encryption, paywalls or access controls. Don't use the app, or try to make it, do any of those things.

We don't host, review or control the files you download; they come straight from the websites you visit to your device. We aren't responsible for the content of websites or files, or for how you use them.

DOWNLOAD IT Pro, subscriptions and the free trial

Using the app requires DOWNLOAD IT Pro: a yearly or monthly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase.
The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunded or disputed purchases end access to Pro.
Prices may vary by country and may change; any change applies from your next renewal, with notice where required.

Acceptable use

Don't use DOWNLOAD IT to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, spread malware, or interfere with websites or networks. We may end access for misuse where the law allows.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DOWNLOAD IT reliable, but websites change and some may not work with every feature. The app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We may update the app and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from files you download or websites you visit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
